This Series is Currently in Session. New dates will soon be announced.

This Somatic Series focuses on an important aspect of healing: nervous system regulation.

Our thoughts, behaviors, feelings, and perceptions directly result from what’s happening in our nervous system.

It controls your entire experience, but you have the power to be in control.

I came into this work because I found myself stuck in a place you might be finding yourself in.

Having been a student of Dr. Peter Levin’s somatic professional training and education programs for several years, devoted to my own personal healing work, and with ongoing research and study I am grateful to be able to share this series with you.

It wasn’t until I found somatic healing that everything changed for me.

Somatic healing is show, not tell.

It’s not actually about an event, it’s about how that event causes overstimulation of energy in the body.

If we didn’t have safety after the event ended, that energy is often stored and lived out in our present-day experiences.

That is trauma.

How is trauma experienced?

Through the body. Our reactions, responses, behaviors, feelings, and patterns cause pain and the stuckness you’re experiencing.

You have a beautiful threat detector in your brain. Its job is to look for danger constantly. Suppose past traumas have yet to be fully healed. In that case, this threat detector will see anything similar to that past trauma as dangerous…i.e., the ability to receive, authority figures, being seen, intimacy, discernment, etc.

It then communicates, “I detect danger!” To which your nervous system responds in the form of either fight/flight/freeze/fawn.

You experience these things as anxiety, frustration, fear, anger, agitation, hopelessness, numbness, depression, etc.

I've created an intimate Somatic Series that celebrates this devoted intention.

A space to understand trauma patterning, acknowledge and recognize body messaging, tender time for the system to process what has been hidden, and even possibly take out what was put away because it felt too much.

Here's how our time together will look:

In-person sessions will focus on:

  • What trauma is and how it impacts your life.

  • We will explore the 3-states of dysregulation and how it's keeping you in repeat patterns.

  • Gain clarity on your triggers and body messaging queues, how to navigate them, and how to begin shifting this.

  • We will create a map of what supports you in regulation, and the best types of regulating tools to use depending on the type of dysregulation, so you can feel a sense of balance and control when life is difficult.

  • Tangible tools and steps that shift your experience and regulate your nervous system.

  • We will also work with interventions like boundary development, movement and process, self-regulating, and titration; we will also include alternative movement modalities such as yoga, self-therapeutic touch, energy healing, and journaling.

  • Each gathering equips us with tools and resources for ongoing self-care practice.

Online sessions will focus on:

  •  Breathwork, and in the comfort of your home.

Breathwork is one of the fastest holistic ways to stimulate your vagus nerve.

Learn how mindful breathwork techniques can soothe the vagus nerve and alleviate common health issues, anxiety, and depression.

Breathwork has profound positive effects that help calm the nervous system, ground us in the present moment, and bring us back to the body.

We will close our time with a special women's luncheon on Saturday, May 3rd, 11:30 AM - 2:30 PM.

The luncheon will honor and celebrate the healing journey and the incredible accomplishments during our time together.

This series is a powerful and beautiful opportunity that will shift you toward claiming your health and wellness.
